I went in broken and stepped out a new man. It was an awesome journey I took, I am very happy with the opportunity that recovery has given me. It is really awesome that recovery can change people, and change from a negative mindset to a positive one. I am very grateful for this life-changing event. I have only good things to say about this journey. It changed my whole life. The key is open-mindedness and willingness.
Individual Counselling
It was nice. It was like the person actually cared, and didn’t just follow the book. Caring people who want to make a difference.
Group Counselling
It was also nice, I have learnt a lot and benefited from all of them. I was touched by most of the groups.
Step Work Counselling
It was okay, I don’t really like talking about my problems, but it helped a lot to talk and think about stuff I would not do if I didn’t choose the road to recovery. The very supporting attitude from the counsellors.
Facility
It was nice. Felt at home, very well-coming and supporting from staff.
Meals
It was nice, had no problem. Just that can’t eat peanut butter without syrup. HAHA
Fellowship
Loved it. It’s nice to be understood and talk freely about feelings and addiction.
General
It was an awesome journey and experience.
