There is so much that can be said about PRC as I still find it amazing how this place has been able to turn my life around and give me what I need to live a purposeful and good life. I came here with a drug problem and with compassion, understanding and love of the staff I have been able to rediscover myself and have been restored to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I leave here clean and sober knowing I only have a me problem with which I can now be confident in myself and my recovery. Thank You.
Individual Counselling
I found individual counselling to be the most effective as the one on one attention allowed me to be more personal in my opinions and discussions about various topics.
Group Counselling
The group counselling gave me many necessary life skills that I did not have before and I feel ready to deal with the outside world. The more interactive the group was the more attention I paid.
Step Work Counselling
With step work, counselling is where I learnt the most about myself and allowed me to move past my blocks in my recovery. Keep calling us out on our bullshit.
Facility
This facility has become my home away from home over the weeks and its look and feel I think is what adds to the uniqueness of this place.
Meals
I’m not one to complain about food not do I have any reason to. I look good because I ate well here.
Fellowship
Although I been here with a few different groups I can say everyone is here for a reason as I have learnt something from every group.
General
I wouldn’t change a thing because the way it is, is what worked for me and turned my life around.
