I would like to thank each and every person that works at PRC Recovery. I have learned so much about myself and the disease of addiction. I reconnected with the God of my understanding. I made peace with my past. I learned to control my emotions and experience feelings and how to deal with them. If you work hard and you are open-minded, willing and honest in your recovery you will recover. May God be with you all and bless PRC Recovery. Thanks for being part of my journey. We do recover.
Individual Counselling
Counsellors did their best to help me deal with my problems and helped me control my anger.
Group Counselling
I learned a lot from the groups, they get boring sometimes and some topics are helpful.
Step Work Counselling
It is helpful as it worked for me. It helped me to be honest with myself and see the reality of things. It taught me to be honest, willing and open-minded and accept things for what they are and the courage to deal with it.
Facility
It is beautiful. I was surrounded by nature and could connect with God and see His power and experience His love for the world.
Meals
The food is nice and healthy. I had three meals a day. Weekends a nice big breakfast and supper. Weekends were the best and Mondays the worst for me but I learned to enjoy it.
Fellowship
I learned a lot from the NA meetings. I got to experience things I have not experienced in a long time. I am grateful for the NA program.
General
Duties must be in the mornings.
