Welcome to you and your loved ones. We hope that you will enjoy your stay with us. The time has come to turn your life around. It’s not easy but it’s worth it. We seek to ensure that there is no discrimination in the quality of care and the type of service offered. The centre is accessible and available for entry dates and times. We prioritise admissions according to clinical indicators for treatment. We assess the risk, urgency and stress to the client and their family. The admission criterion below needs to be fulfilled with each admission upon screening. Clients will fulfil the following criteria: 1. Client will be above the legal age of consent of 18 years of age. 2. Client will commit for a minimum of 21 days to complete the therapeutic programme. 3. The client's need for detoxification will be assessed during pre-screening. Detoxification will be available under medical supervision at the clients cost if necessary. 4. Clients will not have a pre-existing physical condition which requires continuous nursing care. 5. Our consulting doctor will assess if the client requires other hospitalisation. Should medical problems arise due to their condition appropriate referral will be made. 6. Client will not have any uncontained severe mental health problems. 7. Client with diagnosed severe mental illnesses need an official "fit-for-treatment" report from their psychiatrist. The client must be able to make informed decisions. The report must confirm that he/she is suitable to undertake and conform to a daily schedule. 8. Client/Treatment Sponsor will have access to funding to cover treatment costs. 9. No person with domestic violence or sexual abuse charges or convictions are allowed. Failure to omit will result in immediate discharge and possible criminal charges. We will advise clients excluded on this basis of other services available. A list of resources, services and contact details is available upon request. Booking Date: Please allow for minimum of 2 days for your booking in order to finalise the pre-admission screening, pre-admission documentation and COVID-19 test result.
