PRC Recovery helped me be honest, open-minded and willing to do better in my life after addiction. They showed me that through a Higher Power on my side I can achieve anything and it works if I work it. Addiction is not a choice - sobriety is.
Individual Counselling
Persty gave me great advice when we had sessions, she pointed out various things I should work on.
Group Counselling
Was an excellent experience and I learned a lot from each individual counsellor. They motivated me to change my life with their knowledge about addiction and recovery.
Step Work Counselling
Morne was a great coach, he gave me straight forward advice when needed. He is brilliant in his line of work. I could not have asked for a better coach.
Facility
All round great facility. The beds can be renewed and new cleaning equipment is needed throughout. The facility is well maintained e.g. the garden and pathways.
Meals
Cereal and yogurt in the morning would be nice but lunch and dinner was awesome. It was healthy meals throughout my visit at PRC Recovery.
Fellowship
AA and NA was great. It gave me so much knowledge and made me feel right at home. I felt open to share anything on my heart and no judgement was given. Online meetings where also great.
General
Morne, Onthene and Megan are brilliant. The guidance they gave me about recovery was exceptional. I will cherish it for the rest of my life in sobriety. They made recovery worth it for me.
