I hope to use the tools I have been given in the outside world.
When I came to PRC Recovery I had lost weight and I was out of shape. I could not control my behaviour or express my feelings in a appropriate manner. I have learned a lot here and hope to use the tools I have been given in the outside world.
Individual Counselling
I had great sessions with the occupational therapist Innocentia. The last session I had with Persty went well, she is a great social worker.
Group Counselling
I benefited a lot from the group sessions and I will use what I have learned in the outside world.
Step Work Counselling
Step work helped me with becoming more honest, it helps to build faith with one's Higher Power.
Facility
The facility is great and has a lot of space, it does not make you feel like you are imprisoned. The nature surrounding the property is nice.
Meals
Meals are good and healthy for us addicts who have lost weight.
General

What Makes PRC Different?
I have never been to another rehab, this one was the first and last. What they do at PRC recovery works, for each and every addict with different types of substances. This recovery centre and the staff know what they are doing.
