My head is clean and I am ready for my new life.
It was an amazing experience. I got to visit the past and see where I went wrong. I got to make peace with certain things and get other things out which I have been keeping in for years. My head is clean and I am ready for my new life. Thanks to all the staff for helping me through this journey. I really appreciate it. I am ready to work hard and make my family happy.
Individual Counselling
I had awesome counselling with the social worker Persty. I got to work on my anger issue as well as my relationship with my wife. We also spoke about a lot of things regarding my parents. I got a lot off my chest and I feel great.
Group Counselling
Group Counselling was great. I got to learn a lot about myself and how to fix things in my life. I also learned how to reach my goals.
Step Work Counselling
The 12 step program is amazing. I got tot deal with the past and also let go of certain things in my life. It gave me the opportunity to get rid of the things I was keeping inside.
Facility
The facility was good - hot showers, clean rooms and a very well kept garden.
Meals
The meals where okay. I reached my goal weight. I will use the same diet at home.
Fellowship
For me it was not easy being around a lot of people with different personalities. I was okay though, I only had about five arguments, or six, I am not sure.
General
I really think the program is great. It helped me a lot. I am absolutely grateful. I got rid of a lot of pain and trauma, my head is clear and I feel great.
