PRC Recovery helped me to understand the importance of family.
Coming to treatment helped me discover who I am and what I want out of life. The time I spent at PRC Recovery helped me understand the importance of family and all those who care about and love me. I realize now that there is more to life than using. They make you feel the hard way so that you would not think of using again when you are outside facing the world and triggers.
Individual Counselling
My Individual Counselling was very helpful because I have managed to learn a lot of things with my occupational therapist and my social worker.
Group Counselling
The Group Counselling was also amazing because all our facilitators explained things clearly and they allowed us to ask questions if we did not understand something.
Step Work Counselling
The sessions with my coach were very awesome, I would recommend him, I give him 10 out of 10. He made me understand the program and my expectations after I live recovery.
Facility
The facility is very good. I do however feel they could invest in a soccer field, tennis court and a swimming pool. I suggest a generator for when the electricity goes because of loadshedding.
Meals
The food was too good, just small portions. It would be great if pap could be added to the menu three times a week because the majority of people in the house are male.
Fellowship
The NA and AA online meetings are very good and I have learned so much when listening to others share.
General
I am good in general because I have met different populations from different countries and it helped me a lot because I am now able to communicate in other languages.
