While our program has encompassed these facets, I couldn't help but sense that something was amiss. It compelled me to delve deeper into the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. What I discovered is that our emotions are deeply stored within our bodies, and many of the therapeutic elements in addiction treatment may not fully address subconscious blockages.

To illustrate this, let's consider Freud's analogy of an iceberg. According to his philosophy, only 10% of our consciousness is visible above the waterline—an amalgamation of our thoughts and perceptions. However, the vast majority, 90%, lies beneath the surface in our subconscious. This realm encompasses our beliefs, habits, values, and defensive reactions, among other aspects.

Our pursuit of holistic healing has emboldened us on an exhilarating journey. We now integrate multiple modalities to elevate addiction treatment to new heights.
