PRC definitely granted me with something that for a long time I never knew how to get it back and that's life. It taught me everything I need to know to self-accept and to give love and happiness to those around me. It’s like I have been reborn to a new life. Every part of my experience here be it negative or positive had contributed to my road to recovery. PRC has really given me something that I could not do myself and that to see the light of sobriety and my position plays such an important role.
Individual Counselling
I was pretty satisfied with the individual counselling I would suggest that each counsellor at least sees the client once a week and possibly a set timetable of who is seeing who for the week.
Group Counselling
Group counselling was good had no problem with it.
Step Work Counselling
Step work counselling was also very good. But maybe a bit more sessions on it would be slightly more beneficial.
Facility
The facility was good as well. Was a neat and comfortable environment to being in. The couches in the TV lounge could use a wash though.
Meals
Was very happy with the food.
Fellowship
Fellowship was the good and loving company to talk and be open with anything.
General
At the end of the day, this place had made me grow in so many ways that the general thing to say is Thank You.
