With years dedicated to understanding people and their behaviours, I offer unique insights and expertise to enhance our team's efforts. My background allows me to provide fresh perspectives and effective strategies, contributing positively to our shared goal of supporting individuals on their path to wellness and fulfilment.

What aspects of your job do you find most rewarding?

I find great joy in seeing positive results and receiving feedback. It's incredibly rewarding to witness the impact of our efforts and to receive appreciation from those we help. Knowing that our work brings about positive changes and is valued by others inspires me to keep doing what I love.

Memorable success story?

There are multiple challenging cases where, through our collaborative efforts, we were able to support an individual in their journey to recovery with successful outcomes.

What do you find challenging working in this field?

One of the tough parts about working in the addiction field is seeing relapses happen. Even when we've been giving it our all and seeing real progress in someone's recovery, setbacks can still come up. It's tough to watch someone go through a rough patch, especially after they've come so far in their journey to sobriety.
